Before you ask for the quote
Do we have to buy everything at once?
No. Many projects start with cameras or with doors and add the other later; the console, the users and the schedules are already there. The quote can be phased.
Can we keep parts of our existing system?
Often. Verkada states existing readers and keycards can stay on Verkada controllers, and Command Connector can bring some third-party cameras in. What can stay is stated in the quote.
How do multiple sites work?
Every site sits in the same console with one user directory and one set of schedules. Administrators see all sites; local staff see only theirs.
Who carries out the installation?
Your project is designed and managed end to end by our own engineering team under Serge Teman, Head of Technical Department for the Americas. The quote names the scope, the schedule and who performs each part of the work, including any locally licensed trades a jurisdiction requires — no unknown subcontractor turns up after the sale.
Can the project run in French?
Yes. Your point of contact, the project documents and the administrator training can be in English or in French.
What does it cost?
Quoted per camera and per door after the assessment: hardware, licences and installation in one written quote. The assessment and the quote are free and carry no obligation.
