Before you ask for the quote
Do Verkada cameras need an NVR or a server?
No. Each camera stores footage on the device (30–365 days by model, per Verkada) and syncs to the cloud. There is no recorder to buy, patch or replace.
Can we keep our existing cameras?
Verkada cameras replace legacy cameras and recorders. Where existing cameras are worth keeping, Verkada's Command Connector can bring some third-party cameras into the same console; we confirm what applies during the assessment.
Who carries out the installation?
Your project is designed and managed end to end by our own engineering team under Serge Teman, Head of Technical Department for the Americas. The quote names the scope, the schedule and who performs each part of the work, including any locally licensed trades a jurisdiction requires — no unknown subcontractor turns up after the sale.
Can the project run in French?
Yes. Your point of contact, the project documents and the administrator training can be in English or in French.
What does it cost?
Cameras are quoted per camera after the assessment: hardware, licences and installation in one written quote. The assessment and the quote are free and carry no obligation.
